MarCom Private Limited is recruiting Leadership Programme Ambassadors for the launch of Soul Safari Leadership Intensive — a premier global leadership development experience. This role offers hands-on involvement in sales, coordination, and event management, working directly on high-impact leadership programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell leadership training slots to corporate and individual clients
Coordinate event logistics and participant management
Conduct corporate outreach and field meetings in Islamabad/Rawalpindi
Assist in on-ground event execution and coordination
Work closely with the MarCom and Soul Safari management teams
Final year students or recent graduates (any discipline welcome; Business/Marketing preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Own a laptop and smartphone
Willing to travel within Islamabad/Rawalpindi for meetings
Commission-based earnings with uncapped potential
