Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences or any other related field.
Professional certification in education management and trainings will be an advantage.
Job Description:
Provide technical leadership and guidance in the planning, design, and implementation of education interventions in alignment with the project’s goals and quality standards.
Support the development and contextualization of curriculum, learning materials, and teaching methodologies that promote inclusive, gender-sensitive, and child-centered quality learning.
Lead the design and delivery of capacity-building initiatives for teachers, education officers, and community stakeholders, with a focus on pedagogy, learning outcomes, classroom management, and inclusive practices.
Ensure integration of gender equity, inclusion, and safeguarding across all education-related project activities.
Facilitate the design and implementation of learning assessments, and contribute to remedial education strategies, catch-up programs, and other academic support initiatives in target schools.
Contribute to the development and use of monitoring tools and reporting frameworks to assess the effectiveness and impact of education interventions.
Provide ongoing technical support to field teams to strengthen the quality and sustainability of education outcomes.
