Manager Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)

Are you passionate about driving results and ensuring the effectiveness of development projects? We are seeking a dedicated Manager Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) to join our dynamic team based in Ǫuetta. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and implementing robust M&E frameworks to support impactful interventions across Balochistan.

• Duty Station: Ǫuetta, with frequent travel to project sites as required
• Reports to: Regional Manager, Balochistan

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust M&E frameworks and systems for development projects and TF interventions in Balochistan.
• Develop project-specific indicators, data collection tools, and reporting templates in alignment with donor and organizational requirements.
• Lead baseline, midline, and endline assessments to measure project impact and effectiveness.
• Ensure timely collection, verification, analysis, and reporting of quantitative and qualitative data from project activities.
• Train and build capacity of project staff and partners on M&E methodologies and data management practices.
• Prepare periodic M&E reports, success stories, and lessons learned for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular monitoring visits and spot checks to project locations, providing feedback for improvement and compliance.

Ǫualifications and Skills

• Relevant degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or a related field
• Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation of development projects, preferably in the region
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Willingness to travel frequently within Balochistan
