Position: Centre In-Charge

Location: MALC Centre for Rehabilitation of Children with Physical & Neurodevelopmental Disabilities, Maskan-e-Rahat, Catholic Colony No. 1, Karachi.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in centre management, administration, healthcare, rehabilitation, or disability services will be preferred.
• Experience in staff supervision, reporting, and coordination of daily operations will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation centre.
• Supervise staff and ensure effective coordination among team members.
• Ensure the smooth delivery of rehabilitation services to children with physical and neurodevelopmental disabilities.
• Maintain attendance records, service registers, reports, and other administrative documentation.
• Coordinate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Manage the centre's resources, supplies, equipment, and facility requirements.
• Prepare and submit regular operational and activity reports to management.
• Address parents' and caregivers' concerns and facilitate appropriate follow-up.
• Ensure a safe, accessible, child-friendly environment and compliance with safeguarding standards.
• Coordinate with Head Office regarding administrative, operational, and staffing matters.
