As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will work on projects critical to BeHope’s growth, with opportunities to expand your scope as our fast-paced business evolves. We need our team members to be versatile, display leadership qualities, and enthusiastically tackle new challenges. As a key member of our lean growth team, you will design, test, deploy, and maintain high-impact marketing solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Paid Marketing (specifically Google Ads), SEO, and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
• Hands-on experience working with digital media or marketing/advertising solutions, including implementing and measuring performance campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

• Data Analytics: Proficiency in analyzing marketing data using industry tools, with specific expertise in Google Analytics (GA4).
• Strategic Planning: Proven ability to develop high-impact marketing strategies tailored to specific business goals and requirements.
• Campaign Management: Mastery in managing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns, with a heavy emphasis on Google Ads.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Skill in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving performance bottlenecks across active advertising accounts.
• Data Consultation: A strictly data-driven approach when proposing marketing solutions, managing accounts, and providing actionable insights.
• Sales & Business Growth: Experience in developing comprehensive business plans and growth frameworks aimed at expanding sales and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve online marketing campaigns.
• Manage paid media project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables independently.
• Own tasks from inception to completion, proactively solving problems despite roadblocks or operational distractions.
