Vision Health Care Foundation (VHCF) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction and infrastructure projects in Attock District, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and quality standards.

Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
* 5+ years of relevant project management experience.
* Experience managing contractors, consultants, budgets, and project timelines.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, BOQs, drawings, and project documentation.
* Excellent coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
