JOB OPPORTUNITY

Position: Speech Therapist

Location 1 : DEPD Baldia Centre, Baldia Town, Gulshan-e-Mazdoor, near Kifayah Pharmacy & Supermarket, Karachi.

Location 2 : Adam Goth Rah e Nijat

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Speech Therapy from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Valid professional registration, where applicable.
• Relevant clinical experience in speech and language therapy, pediatric rehabilitation, developmental delays, or communication disorders will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans according to clients' needs.
• Provide therapy for speech and language delays, articulation disorders, stammering, and communication difficulties.
• Support children with developmental delays and neurodevelopmental disabilities.
• Monitor client progress and modify therapy plans as required.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
• Guide parents and caregivers regarding home-based therapy activities.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain professional ethics, patient confidentiality, and safeguarding standards.
