A Development Sector Organization, for its regional office in Hyderabad, is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position listed below. Required qualification and job responsibilities are as follows;
Requisite Qualification and Experience
Education:
Minimum 16 years of education in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, or a related discipline.
Skills:
6–7 years of relevant experience in Monitoring, Evaluation & Research preferably in development sector.
Strong skills in data management, analysis, and reporting.
Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, including donor reporting, with the ability to evaluate project feasibility and impact
Willing to travel frequently to project locations across Pakistan, primarily in Sindh and Balochistan.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of monitoring frameworks, tools, and field data collection.
Conduct project monitoring and evaluation visits, compile reports, and highlight key findings.
Assist in research activities, including surveys, data analysis, and documentation of lessons learned to inform program design and policy.
Assist in preparing reports, case studies, success stories, and knowledge products.
Identify and pursue funding opportunities from bilateral, multilateral, and private donors.
Develop and maintain strong linkages with donors, development partners, and relevant stakeholders.
Lead the preparation of concept notes, project proposals, and funding applications aligned with donor priorities.
Manage data entry, cleaning, and validation in MIS/Excel systems
Age:
Maximum age limit - 45 Years.
Salary:
PKR 90,000 per month, along with standard perks and privileges (negotiable)
