Mobilize and engage flood-affected communities in District Swat and Bar Swat to participate in early recovery and rehabilitation activities.

Facilitate the formation and strengthening of Village Recovery Committees (VRCs) to promote community participation, ownership, and coordination.

Support the identification, registration, and verification of flood-affected households and vulnerable individuals per approved criteria.

Facilitate community-based assessments to identify flood damages, priority needs, vulnerabilities, and recovery requirements.

Conduct community awareness sessions on disaster risk reduction (DRR), flood preparedness, safe construction, hygiene promotion, and environmental protection.

Establish and strengthen linkages between affected communities, local government representatives, line departments, DDMA, and other humanitarian/development stakeholders.

Facilitate community consultations and participatory planning to prioritize early recovery and rehabilitation interventions.

Ensure the inclusion and meaningful participation of women, persons with disabilities, older persons, and other vulnerable groups.

Disseminate project information and promote feedback, complaints, and response mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability.

Monitor community-level project activities, maintain accurate records, and prepare regular progress reports for the Project Coordinator.

Support coordination with relevant stakeholders to facilitate timely implementation and address community-level concerns.
