Description
Shifa Foundation, a not-for-profit organization registered in Pakistan, invites sealed tenders from reputable, legally registered firms from all over Pakistan for the supply and delivery of the following to its Head Office, Islamabad:
Lot 1 - Refurbished Laptops (14 units)
- 4 units - 15.6” business-class laptop with numeric keypad, Intel Core i5 10th/11th Gen or higher, 16 GB DDR4, 512 GB NVMe SSD, Windows 11 Pro (genuine), Grade A refurbished
- 10 units - same specification with 256 GB NVMe SSD
Lot 2 - Refurbished Printers and Accessories
- 1 unit - A4 monochrome laser multifunction printer (refurbished)
- 1 unit - A3 monochrome multifunction copier / printer (refurbished)
- 2 units - Wireless optical mouse (new)
- Detailed specifications are given in the attached TOR and Form C.
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid registration with SECP / Registrar of Firms
- Valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration (STRN), active on FBR Active Taxpayer List
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply of IT equipment, with at least 3 similar supply orders in the last 3 years
- Evidence of financial capacity (last 6 months’ bank statement or audited accounts)
- Not blacklisted, debarred or sanctioned by any Government department, PPRA, regulatory authority, UN or donor agency
- No conflict of interest with Shifa Foundation

How to Apply / Submission Instructions
- Download the tender documents (TOR and Forms A–I) attached to this posting.
- Prepare the tender in in sealed envelope: –all eligibility documents plus Forms E, F, G and Financial Offer: Form H only
- Place both in one outer sealed envelope marked: “TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF REFURBISHED LAPTOPS, PRINTERS & ACCESSORIES – Ref # Tender/SF/01/10/2026 – Lot(s) ___ – Not to be opened before the closing date and time”, with the bidder’s name and address.

Terms
Bids must remain valid for 90 days. Prices must be in PKR, inclusive of all taxes, delivery and installation. Shifa Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders, or cancel the process before award, in accordance with its procurement policy.
