Team Leader / Wildlife
Ecologist (Chief Technical Advisor)

Job Description:

• Overall technical leadership and integration of all outputs 
• Inception Report: methodology, sampling design, survey protocols, work plan 
• Approve sampling framework with the Department before fieldwork 
• Report to the Department's focal person/technical committee; present interim and final results 
• Stakeholder consultations (3.7) and capacity-building/training of Department staff 

Required Qualification:

• PhD/MPhil/MS in Wildlife Sciences, Zoology, Ecology, Forestry, Conservation Biology or related field

Required Experiance:

• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional/research experience
• Demonstrated experience in wildlife surveys and conservation planning 
• Experience in large-scale biodiversity/wildlife assessments
