Accounts & Finance Oficer

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain ledgers and ensure proper accounting entries.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions.
• Handle payroll-related accounting and deductions.
• Ensure timely tax filing and compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and relevant authorities.
• Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company financial policies.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, ACCA, CA, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of taxation and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in Odoo/ERP will be considered an advantage.
