General Physician (MBBS) –
Skin & Mother-Child Health
(Field Role)

Job Description:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled General Physician to join our team in a field-based role. This position is ideal for candidate looking to build a focused career in dermatology and maternal-child health while working directly within communities. This is not a clinic-based position — the role is fully centered on field visits, outreach camps, and home/community consultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to field sites daily/regularly [specify frequency] for outreach camps, home visits, or community health sessions
• Conduct on-site consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for general and skin-related conditions
• Provide maternal and child health services in the field, including prenatal check-ups, postnatal care, and pediatric consultations
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation from field visits
• Coordinate with the core medical team for referrals or follow-up care as needed
• Educate communities on preventive care, especially in women's and children's health

Requirements

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution
• 1–2 years of clinical experience post-graduation
• House job/rotation experience in Dermatology and Gynecology/Obstetrics or Pediatrics (Mother & Child Health)
• Willingness to travel extensively as this is a field-only role with no fixed clinic setting
• Strong communication and patient-counseling skills suited to community/home-visit settings
• Female candidates are preferred, given the close interaction with female and pediatric patients in home and community settings where patient comfort is a priority
