Project Associate – Program
Implementation Team

Job Purpose

• Provide coordination, compliance, and administrative support to the Program Implementation Team.
• Ensure smooth communication between head office, field teams, and support departments.
• Assist in timely implementation, documentation, and reporting of project activities.

 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams and departments for smooth implementation.
• Organize meetings, workshops, and field visits.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action points.

• Maintain compliance checklists and follow up on missing documents.

• Ensure proper storage of reports, approvals, and correspondence.

• Maintain reporting schedules and follow-up for timely submissions.

• Assist in official correspondence and documentation.

• Maintain issue and risk logs for projects.
• Highlight delays, gaps, or operational challenges to management.

Key Deliverables

• Updated project trackers and compliance logs
• Timely meeting minutes and reports
• Organized project documentation system
• Regular implementation updates
• Follow-up records on actions and deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Business, Social Sciences, Development, etc.)
• 2 years experience in project coordination or program support
• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and documentation skills
