Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan, is looking for a competent Project Coordinator for its Karachi/Sindh Region(s).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and overseeing CASI implementation across Southern region in line with approved work plans, AKHSP standards, and national nutrition guidelines.
  • Supervising, mentoring, and managing performance of field teams (RN/LHV’s), providing technical support where needed.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for Regional and Local Health Boards, district health offices, and local authorities, providing timely updates on implementation, risks, and corrective actions.
  • Supporting planning and execution of additional regional nutrition or health initiatives as assigned.
  • Ensuring functional referral pathways between communities and health facilities.
  • Overseeing monitoring, data collection, documentation, and timely reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Managing proper use and tracking of project resources, supplies, and materials.
  • Managing project finances and keeping a track of expenditures.
  • Applying safeguarding, accountability, and community participation standards consistently across all activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Nutrition, Management, or a related field.
  • Have 2 + years of experience coordinating or managing field-based nutrition, health, or community programmes.
  • Are excellent at Project Management
  • Can manage multiple districts, teams, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Have experience working with government health structures, and community health initiatives.
  • Communicate clearly, document consistently, and follow through on issues.
  • Thrive on responsibility, structure, and delivery.
