Reception & Visitor Management

 

  • Receive, welcome, and guide visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate with relevant staff regarding visitor arrivals and appointments.

  • Receive, record, and distribute incoming mail and courier items.
  • Maintain front desk-related records, files, and documentation.

 

Coordination & Support Services

 

  • Coordinate with Admin, HR, IT, and Security teams for smooth front desk operations.
  • Support logistics related to official visitors, events, or meetings when required.
  • Report any issues related to facilities, security, or front desk equipment to the Admin Unit.

 

Compliance & Professional Conduct

 

  • Follow organizational policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, behavior, and communication style at all times.
  • Ensure punctuality and adherence to assigned duty hours.

Education & Experience

 

  • BBA, bachelor’s degree in public administration or related fields
  • 5 years of proven experience in corporate sector
