Software Implementation and Support
Specialist

Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan is looking for a seasoned and dynamic Software Implementation and Support Specialist for its Gilgit Baltistan and Chitral Region (s).

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement AKHSP’s eHR software across BHCs in Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral.
• Collaborate with system administrators and the development team to ensure successful implementation.
• Contribute to the development of software implementation plans, including scoping, scheduling, and execution.
• Recommend, plan, and implement software upgrades and improvements as needed.
• Train and provide ongoing support to end users on new or modified applications.
• Install, configure, and deliver technical support for software products as required.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Document implementation processes and maintain accurate records for future reference.
• Implement outreach mobile app and ensure data integration with her.

Education, Experience & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1 year of proven experience in IT software implementation, support, systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS, and data management and backup solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in software and hardware.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support end users effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, IIS Configuration, IT security, backup policies, and safety procedures.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
