Lab Technician

Relevant Experience: Minimum 2–3 years ka relevant experience as a Lab Technician

Job Description:

• Blood, urine, stool, and other biological samples collect, label, and process karna

• Routine laboratory tests (e.g. CBC, blood sugar, urine analysis, etc.) accurately perform karna

• Lab equipment aur instruments ka proper use, calibration, aur basic maintenance ensure karna

• Test results ko record, verify, aur concerned doctor/department ko report karna

• Laboratory me infection prevention & control (IPC) aur biosafety protocols follow karna

• Samples aur reports ki confidentiality aur accuracy maintain karna

• Stock registers, reagents, aur consumables ka record aur timely requisition karna

• Senior lab staff / doctors ke sath coordination aur support provide karna

Qualification Required:

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)

• BSc / FSc with Medical Lab Technology certification from a recognized institute

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2–4 years ka relevant experience as a Lab Technician

• Hospital, diagnostic lab, ya NGO health project ka experience preferred
