LHV/Mid wife

Relevant Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in maternal and child health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide antenatal and postnatal care to mothers and newborns.

• Assist in normal deliveries and refer high-risk cases to higher-level facilities.

• Conduct health education and counseling sessions on maternal and child health.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and service records.

• Administer immunizations and basic health interventions as per guidelines.

• Monitor maternal and neonatal health indicators and report any issues promptly.

• Ensure adherence to hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols.

• Participate in community outreach and awareness programs on maternal and child health.

• Collaborate with other healthcare staff for effective service delivery.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma in Midwifery / LHV certification recognized by the relevant health authorities.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in maternal and child health services.

• Knowledge of antenatal, postnatal, and newborn care.

• Strong interpersonal and counseling skills.

• Ability to maintain accurate patient records and reports.
