Purpose
Support the implementation of field-based humanitarian activities in areas of operation, with a focus on engaging affected communities and understanding humanitarian needs. The position involves conducting field visits, conducting interviews, coordinating with partners, and accurately handling activity-related information. The role supports quality implementation, reporting, and follow-up in line with organizational standards, policies, and operational priorities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits, interviews, and community engagement activities under the Protection/Restoring Family Links program
- Support the identification and analysis of humanitarian needs and concerns
- Coordinate with partners, local authorities, and relevant stakeholders at the field level
- Consolidation, management, and ensuring good quality of humanitarian information under International Humanitarian Law.
- Contribute to the planning, monitoring, and reporting of activities
- Contribute to and support the design and implementation of the projects, particularly in response to emergency situations

Main Requirements:
- University degree in social sciences, law, international relations, development studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 03 years of relevant professional experience in humanitarian, development, or community-based work, preferably involving community engagement and coordination with partners or local stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Protection principles and standards
- Basic/advanced knowledge of managing databases.
- Experience supporting project planning, implementation, monitoring, or reporting is considered an asset
- Good knowledge of the local context is a prerequisite for this position.
- Experience with international NGOs, the International Red Cross, and the Red Crescent Movement, and or multicultural contexts are strong asset.

- Proficiency in computer skills (e.g., MS Office)
- Fluency in English and Urdu is required, and knowledge of Pashtu/Dari is a plus.
