Job Description

The Donor Relations Officer manages donor engagement and support. Key duties include event planning, donor recognition, communication, and stewardship.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors.

• Maintain and update donor database.

• Expand donor base and encourage long-term partnerships.

• Provide regular updates on sponsored students/projects.

• Prepare and send professional communication (letters, emails, reports).

• Manage correspondence records and donor transactions.

• Assign and track sponsored students/projects.

• Respond to donor queries and concerns.

• Ensure timely disbursements to schools and students.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's/Master's in Social Sciences, Mass Communication, or Marketing
