Job Summary

Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan (AKHS, P) runs one of the largest not-for-profit private healthcare systems in the country, with a focus on the regions of Gilgit-Baltistan, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, and Sindh. Its core focus includes initiatives for hard-to-reach populations through services like outreach clinics, training of community midwives to provide low-cost health services in remote areas, screening for non-communicable diseases, and digital health solutions.

Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan is looking for competent Field Coordinator for Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan – Gilgit Region.

Role and  Responsibilities

  • Supervise Chowkidar and Drivers in carrying out their assigned duties, maintaining updated/ accurate personnel, accounts and others records in Module.
  • Manage vehicle pool and make strategies for their productive utilization.
  • Supervise discipline and ensure cleanliness in the Field Module Office.
  • Ensure that information system is used and strengthened to improve HRIS system and internal control in the module and health centers.
  • Assist in effective control over the finance/ HR related work and logistics activities in the module / Units.
  • Develop and support his direct reporters
  • To maintain and regularly monitor of C-Shop, ROPD, Vehicle utilization Soft-Ware and General Accounting System
  • Support unit staff (LHVs /Dispensers and other staff in Health centers strengthen internal control and other HR issues.
  • Supervises proper maintenance and effective utilization of assets and equipment’s in the module.                    
  • Shares ideas and experience with other staff to enhance their knowledge.
  • Liaises with other members of the team for timely collection, aggregate and analysis of periodic Health center data/ HRIS data/ Finance related data.
  • Assists the AFD/FD/In-charge in unit ensuring that financial and other reporting deadlines are met and bank reconciliation are updated.

Required Skills

Education, Experience & Competencies

  • At least a bachelor’s/master’s degree/Ophthalmology Technician/Lab Technician/Nursing Diploma
  • One-two years’ experience in relevant filed.
  • Excellent knowledge of Financial Management, Fix assets management.
