Legal Aid Society (LAS) is Pakistan’s leading non-profit organisation providing free legal services to the country’s most vulnerable communities. We manage thousands of cases annually across criminal defence, family law, and civil rights, ensuring access to justice for individuals who cannot afford legal representation.
LAS is entering a major technology and data transformation phase. Our data currently exists across spreadsheets, case management systems, paper files, and disconnected databases. We are hiring our first dedicated data professional to build the foundation for data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

In this role, you will design and implement reliable reporting systems, establish data practices, and ensure high-quality, actionable insights that drive leadership decisions, donor reporting, resource allocation, and programme effectiveness. This is a high-autonomy position with significant impact and the potential to evolve into a team lead role as our data capabilities expand.

- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights
- Build basic data literacy across teams through training and support
- Provide ad-hoc analysis for planning, strategy, and donor requirements
