Analyze program, field, and survey datasets to identify trends and insights.

Build predictive models, statistical analyses, and forecasting tools.

Develop dashboards and automated reports (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Clean, validate, and structure large data sets for M&E and program teams.

Support digital data collection (KoBo, ODK, DHIS2) and data quality checks.

Collaborate with program, M&E, and management teams to translate data into recommendations.

Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with donor/organizational standards.

Provide guidance and training to staff on basic data interpretation and visualization.
-
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline.

5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied statistics.

Strong skills in Python/R, machine learning, and statistical modeling.

Proficiency in SQL and working with structured/unstructured data.

Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Familiarity with NGO/development-sector data workflows is highly preferred.

Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
