Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives, drive revenue growth, and manage high value client relationships.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within target markets.
Lead and mentor a team of sales executives and business development associates.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Represent the firm in high level client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for leadership.
Negotiate and close high value contracts with large organizations and enterprise clients.
Drive strategic partnerships and alliances to expand service offerings.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
5+ years of proven sales experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting services.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a sales team.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office suite.
