Terms and Conditions:
- The authorities have a right to reject any or all quotations without furnishing any reason.
- All prices quoted should be inclusive of all charges including loading, unloading, transportation, packaging etc. charges as per distribution plan.
- Sample quality will be verified by Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation at the points of distribution and if a consignment is rejected, the vendor will be responsible for replacement of the food packages at his own expenses.
- The vendor will deliver the food packages in cardboard boxes each containing all 6 items in the Refugee Villages (mentioned above) of districts Charsadda, Nowshera and Buner of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as per delivery and Distribution Plans (given above in terms of time and quantity).
- Prices must be valid till January 31, 2024.
- For second, third and fourth delivery purchase order will be issued upon satisfactory delivery of the first delivery.
- Selection will be based on firm’s reputation, experience, financial soundness and services available.
- The firms must be registered with the relevant authorities and have valid NTN/STN.
- Selected vendors will have to deposit 5% of quoted amount in the form of a bank draft or pay order or bank guarantee in favour of Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation as performance guarantee, before issuance of Purchase order which will be refunded upon completion of successful supplies.
- All payments will be made through cross cheques/Bank Transfer in favour of vendor official account.
- Prices quoted must be inclusive of all taxes.
- Withholding taxes will be applicable as per Government rules.
- All firms should submit 3 samples of first three items mentioned in the package details and mention the names of brands in case of last 3 items along with Quotations.
