Position Objectives:
|
|
Keep Inventory record of medicine, ensure medicine are dispatched in BHUs in time. Procure medicine in time.

|
In charge Pharmaceutical Warehouse at NHQ
|
|
|
Keep inventory Record of Medicines at NHQ.
|
|
|
Supply of Medicines to the field health facilities with the help of Medical Warehouses Assistant and Helpers.
|
|
|
Regular Monitoring visits to field health facilities for the medicines, their consumption, Medical Warehousing etc.
|
|
|
Coordination with IFRC and PNS’s for different issues related to Medicines.
|
|
|
Focal person for Medicines Procurement.
|
|
|
Technical Assistance to the Procurement Department for the Procurement of Medicines.
|
|
|
Urgent/ quick supply of Medicines in case of any Disaster in Country
|
|
|
Any other assignment assign by the Management
|
|
Education
|
|
Doctor of Pharmacy from recognized Institution.
|
|
Experience
|
|
Minimum 05x years of relevant working experience in relevant field.
|
|
Skills/Knowledge
|
|
Effective communication skills and strong sense of teamwork
Equally adept at working individually and as part of a team
Strong computer sills including MS Word and Excel
|
|
Travelling
|
|
As and when required.
|
|
Age Limit
|
|
Maximum 40 years
