Job Responsibility
|
- Overall supervision and lead of the project implementation
- Coordination and networking with Government Departments, Parliamentarians, Media and other key stakeholders at Provincial level
- Facilitation and conduction of workshops with government departments, parliamentarians, media and Children
- Compilation of Project related reports and its submission to Program Manager
- Facilitate Project staff in capturing success stories and key learning depicting impact of the project activities
- Traveling to the project implementation areas for support and mentoring of team working in field
- Lead in development of Social & Behavioral Change Communication material, publications and presentations as needed
- Draft success stories, blogs and social media posts based on project achievements.
- Devise action plan to use social media as tool for dissemination of organizational interventions and successes
- Develop capacity building activities for project staff to enhance their ability for effective project implementation
- Write program descriptions and information for usage on website and in various other media outlets and sources including social networking sites.

Working Conditions
|
- It is a full-time job and the position will be located at Lahore. The job shall likewise involve late sittings and working on weekends/holidays as and when required by the circumstances.

Qualification& experience
|
- Bachelor in social sciences/ Mass Communication/ Public Policy or equivalent qualification with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Preference will be given to those who have already worked in project related to child protection.

Skills
|
- Strong understanding around Child Rights,advocacy, networking, facilitation and direct working with children
- Strong verbal and written communication especially in report writing
- Must be proficient on working at MS Office, In page
