Manage the team of (15-20) drivers; providing transportation services to the staff / goods as per request, preparing financial  invoices along with proper record keeping.


  • Masters degree in Social Sciences.
  • 07 to10 years of experience as a dispatcher, fleet assistant or Logistician.
  • Good experience of data compiling, analysis & administrative proficiency.
  • Good knowledge of dispatch / fleet /accounting and people management.
  • Good knowledge of MS office, IT tools and modern navigation system.
  • Basic knowledge of automobile inspection, operation and filing.
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Valid motor car, jeep / LTV driving license.
  • Good command (written and spoken) of English, and Urdu.


  • Managing the carpool team comprises of (15 -20) drivers.
  • Recording, compiling & analyzing the data of fleet.
  • Preparing duty roaster according to the actual needs and standard fleet policy; assigning the duties to the drivers in line with the operational requirements.
  • Providing logistics services to the clients in line with a fleet rules.
  • Maximum utilization of fleet resources in the greater interest of the organization.
  • Managing financial invoices along with its proper documentation.
  • Inspection and maintenance of all ICRC vehicles and keep the minimum operational standards according to institution policy.
