An International Medical organization working in Pakistan since 1996 through MOU with Government of Pakistan and has (medical) programs for vulnerable populations in KPK (Hangu & DIK district) and Punjab.

We are seeking qualified and highly motivated applicant (Male/Female) for [BASE MANAGER]; this position will be based in [D.I-KHAN] with frequent visits to project site areas at TANK.

 General objectives of the function:

[The Base Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, implementation, the project in accordance with the donor’s requirements, organizational values and guidelines, and with respect to the humanitarian principles advocated by organization; he/she is also entrusted with representing organization with local authorities, and ensuring that the operations deployed are delivering quality health care services to the beneficiaries].

The position’s requirements are:

Academic Qualifications:  

• Master in Management/Social sciences or any other relevant advanced degree
• Preferred having a medical paramedical degree/diploma
• Preferred training in logistics, project management, emergency operations and security

 Experience:

• Minimum of 05 years’ experience on a similar  role with an INGO or organization
• Experience in team management and operational support
