Job Description:

The role of Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted position. The position holder will be responsible for a wide array of Patient Care and Consultant Clinics area tasks. The incumbent will be responsible for managing overall operations of Patient Care Area & Consultant Clinics. The Assistant Manager will ensure that the Patient Care Area & Consultant Clinic runs smoothly and that all operational tasks are managed efficiently.

The incumbent may be assigned any other task on a day to day basis that is relevant to the role.

  • Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications.

 Education, Experience & Timings:

  • The incumbent must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in social sciences preferably masters or any other relevant field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in a similar work environment.
  • The incumbent needs to work 9 hours a day 6 days a week from 1 PM to 10 PM.

 Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of coordinators, facilitators, and staff.
  • Staffing and day to day operational matters of Lab areas and ensuring smooth workflow in all assigned areas.
  • Troubleshooting operational issues related to assigned areas directly supervision of coordinators and staff their areas.
  • Communicating between Sections and Management.
  • Scheduling Rosters.
  • Inventory Management.
  • Liaison with Consultants and fulfill their needs.
  • Direct coordination with Patients. Attendants and address their complaints & queries.
  • Patient’s facilitation in all manners.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of equipment.
  • Conduct monthly staff meetings.
  • Supervision of housekeeping staff.
  • Create liaison with staff and customers to make sure smooth operations.
  • Ensures smooth daily operations and steady progress towards established goals.
  • Assistant Manager would support the Manager in the above-mentioned areas and perform independently in the evening.
  • Any job-related task assigned by Management.
