Position Objectives:

Warehouse Assistant is responsible for the stock management, (planning, receiving, storage, dispatching, security and will support Logistics Department in Physical Inventory (NHQ Assets) as well as field coordination.

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities

  • Check and receive items regarding quality and quantity in accordance with the packing list and PO.
  • Note any discrepancy in quantity and quality on the documents and report to AD Log.
  • Updated all IN / OUT in the Bin Card, Stock Card. Ledger and Logic Software.
  • Sorting the stock as per family and keep them as clean as possible.
  • Ensure annual, six months and cyclic physical inventory of warehouse stock.
  • Prepare and keep, updated Annual Physical Inventory of NHQ, Assets and Stock.
  • Responsible for loading/unloading and supervision of daily workers.
  • Consolidate and ensure field warehouses petty cash and labour payment.
  • Follow up NHQ Stock insurance.
  • Follow up warehouses rental payment and renewal.
  • Any other task assign
  • Check that doors and other openings are close properly.
  • Report to AD Log any loss, theft, dysfunctional and necessary replacement. 
  • Draw attention to all disappearances or signs of infraction and immediate report to AD Logistics.
  • Monitor minimum levels and notify his line manager.
  • Responsible for the packing of dispatch items.
  • Separate defective and expired items clearly visible from the goods that are in good working condition.
  • Execute the decision regarding discharge of expired and obsolete items.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor Degree from HEC recognized university/Institute.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years professional  experience in reputable organization.

Skills/Knowledge

  • Essential knowledge of basic mathematics and use of measuring equipment.
  • Capacity to work in multidisciplinary, diversified environment.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, commitment and integrity
  • To work with people and drive result.
  • In case of emergency work longer hours, extra days to meet the needs of the office.
  • Commitment to humanitarian values outlined in the PRCS charter.
  • Computer literate, MS Office and Software

Travelling

As and when required.
