Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Own assigned team sales target and GM
  • Takes full ownership of the pre-assigned group of corporate/ SME customers and ensures customer needs are met & satisfied.
  • Develop and attain assigned revenue and profitability targets assigned by the company
  • End-to-end customer ownership from pre-sales to support phases and all other customer generated requirements
  • Gain maximum customer confidence to facilitate team engagement and sale generation
  • Mining new business within organizational portfolio and install-base expansion with customers
  • Targeting new customers presenting company portfolio to new target market
  • Competitor analysis and in-depth knowledge of market dynamics in area of operability
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
  • Monitor the sales program on all domestic sales channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
  • Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
  • Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
  • Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
  • Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
  • Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
  • Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
