Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own assigned team sales target and GM
- Takes full ownership of the pre-assigned group of corporate/ SME customers and ensures customer needs are met & satisfied.
- Develop and attain assigned revenue and profitability targets assigned by the company
- End-to-end customer ownership from pre-sales to support phases and all other customer generated requirements
- Gain maximum customer confidence to facilitate team engagement and sale generation
- Mining new business within organizational portfolio and install-base expansion with customers
- Targeting new customers presenting company portfolio to new target market
- Competitor analysis and in-depth knowledge of market dynamics in area of operability
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
- Monitor the sales program on all domestic sales channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
- Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
- Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
