RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor day to day operations of the KP Region.
  • Management of cash controls both deposit and petty cash.
  • Responsible for all legislative matters of the region including registrations.
  • Handle required disciplinary matters of staff in a fair and consistent manner and deal with time to time problems of staffing and communicate with HR.
  • Manage balanced and effective staffing and monthly Sundays/Holidays Duty Roster, collection point opening Roster, discuss staff issues with concerned operational head related to cover, leaves, etc and liaison with HR.
  • Approval of staff leaves, short leaves, comp OFF, and emergency leaves.
  • Communication of staff issues to management/HR and share feedback with the staff.
  • Able to implement and enforce organizational policies with in the staff
  • Follow up of scheduled sectional meetings of assigned clusters.
  • Scheduling of Training for new and current staff.
  • Verification and Counter signs on sectional demands, utility bills, etc.
  • Support to the coordinators in non-technical matters.
  • Able to enhance business opportunities. Mainly needs to work on admin and marketing areas on the 80/20 ratio.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports to the patients.
  • Follow up and supervise Memos, History Forms, Credit Card batch closing
  • Any task assigned by the management/CEO.

 

Qualification,  Skills & Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree with 3-5 years of relevant administration and marketing experience
  • Should possess good communication skills & leadership ability
