Job Title:                   Benefit Monitoring Officer

Pay scale Range:       PKR 85,000 to PKR 95,000 per month

Job Summary:

Working under the supervision of Value Chain Technical Lead, Benefit Monitoring Officer will assist in the design, development and implementation of a comprehensive, efficient and effective system of benefit monitoring system enable to track progress, evaluate effectiveness, and assess the impact of programs portfolio. In addition to tracking progress and carrying out evaluation of all the programs of in region, Sh/e will be responsible to support cooperatives and 4Ps in conducting M&E and reporting results. S/he will also represent project on monitoring & evaluation in meetings with cooperatives and other stakeholders in the region.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Assist Value Chain Technical Lead in developing the overall framework for  monitoring and evaluation including, but not limited to, regular project reviews, participatory impact assessments, process and operations monitoring and lessons-learned communication.
• Provide inputs for development, standardization and deployment of tools that capture quantitative and qualitative data to be utilized in benefit monitoring, evaluation and reporting under the defined indicators
• Track the progress of all business development activities of cooperatives and 4Ps in the region against agreed indicators, and timely send periodic reports.
• Engage key stakeholders in region in the evaluation of how impacts of programs are perceived in each unique cooperative and 4Ps.
• Represent project on monitoring & evaluation in meetings with cooperatives and other stakeholders in the region.
• Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Value chain Technical Lead.

Qualifications / Experience

• Minimum 16 years of education in agriculture / business administration / public administration/ economics / agriculture economics / horticulture or any other relevant field
• Minimum 07 years' relevant experience out of which 03 years’ experience should be in a similar role. Experience of working with International NGOs, donor agencies, or other reputed international development organizations will be a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Computer literacy with demonstrated use of Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
• Excellent writing and communications skills in English required
