Minimum Education: 14 years of education preferably, Agriculture/Sociology/Anthropology or related fields.
Minimum Experience: 2-or more years of relevant experience on similar position
Report to: Project Manager
Monthly Salary: PKR-30,000/-
Duration: 18 Months
Job Descriptions
- To ensure regular field Monitoring visit to project sites.
- Develop and maintain tracker on beneficiaries’ complaints/gray areas.
- Arrange de-briefing session with staff on project indicators.
- Develop human interest stories relating to project activities.
- Ensure accountability and transparency to beneficiaries in all project related actions.
- Ensure that project beneficiaries have access to information and installing proper Complaint Response mechanism.
- Conduct analysis of base line survey and other data as required for project documentation.
- Conduct TNA with farmers and Identify areas for interventions.
- Ensure 100% attendance of farmers in capacity building session organized for farmers.
- Ensure follow of training implementation and provide on job support to farmers in fields.
- Conduct capacity building training of Farmers.
- Evaluate farmers performance on quarterly basis.
- To actively involve communities in all project related activities.
- Any other task assigned by supervisor.
- Take snapshot of field activities & ensure proper record keeping of program activities.
- Submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly report to Project Coordinator.
- Developing monthly work plan based on priority challenges/issues.
- Ensuring project indicator data base is updated and maintained on regular basis.
Skills
- Familiarity with local culture and norms.
- Good command on Pashto, Hindko and English Language.
- Having strong analytical and observation skills.
- Having 2-3 years’ experience of stakeholder’s capacity building.
- Having good Liaison & Mobilization skills of targeted communities.
- Good written skills in all type reporting formats.
- Strong Probing and convincing skills
- Having experience of planning and time management.
