Position Objectives:

The overall role of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Officer is to ensure that the required information is collected, organized, analyzed and disseminated to all relevant stakeholders. He/ She will work closely with the project management for rendering monitoring, evaluation, data management and reporting support to the line manager.

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities

1

Support field staff to collect and ensure consolidate of Baseline/Midline and Edline data of target communities and analyses of data based on key indicators/targets.

He/ She will work closely with the teams at National, State and District branches ensuring that activities are being implemented according to the plan.

Provide regular project reports as required by the line managers. Ensure periodical reporting of the progress and documentation of lessons learnt and case studies.

Ensure effective working relationships with team and other relevant focal persons.

Prepare regular reports on activities, outputs and outcomes and extract relevant reports as required.

Make him/herself familiar with Project Framework and guidelines developed by the PRCS, NDRMF and other stakeholders for good practices.

Provide support to PMER department when and where required

He/ She will review and prepare Information, Educational and communication material on developments and achievements of Project, if and when needed.

Compile the database of Community Institutions, Schemes and other activities of the Project

Provide support to PM in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports and monitoring visit reports.

He/She will be responsible to maintain the record of MoUs signed with relevant stakeholders

He/She will support in the printing of DRM Plans and Hazard maps

Undertake all such duties and accountabilities not listed above as required based on programmatic needs by the management.

Education

Masters/ 16 years education in Statistics, Social Science/ Management or in relevant field from HEC recognized Institute / University.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of working experience relevant to M&E and technical skills on data managements, Management and Information System (MIS).  Strong data management and reporting skills would be required.

Skills/Knowledge

  • Fluency in spoken and written in Urdu/ Hindko & English
  • Work towards the achievement of PRCS Vision and long-term objectives
  • Flexibility to travel to conduct field visits for monitoring and data collection
  • Good command on Microsoft Office (word, excel & power point) and SPSS
