Marie Adelaide Leprosy Centre (MALC) – Autism Centre is seeking a dedicated and motivated Community Mobilizer to join its team in Baldia Town, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct community outreach activities and create awareness about autism and developmental disabilities.
• Mobilize families and communities to access available services at the Autism Centre.
• Conduct community visits, awareness sessions, and referral activities.
• Build and maintain coordination with community members, schools, local organizations, and stakeholders.
• Identify children with developmental concerns and facilitate referrals for assessment and intervention.
• Support community-based events, meetings, and awareness campaigns.
• Maintain records of community activities, referrals, and outreach reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Health, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in community mobilization, outreach, or health/development programs will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with communities and conduct field visits.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic report writing.
