Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe (DKH), registered with the Ministry of Interior (MOI), invites sealed bids for the sale of its used vehicle on an “as-is, where-is” basis. Sealed bids must be submitted on or before 06 October 2026 (by 5:00 PM) at Office No. 204, 2nd Floor, Darwaish Tower, E-11/2, Islamabad.

The vehicle is sold without any warranty. All vehicle documents may be examined at Office No. 204, 2nd Floor, Darwaish Tower, E-11/2, Islamabad.

All transfer costs shall be borne by the purchaser. DKH will facilitate the transfer process.

The successful bidder must complete payment and vehicle transfer within one week of the award.

Late or conditional bids, and any bid submitted without the required bid security, will not be accepted.

DKH reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. DKH's decision shall be final and binding.
