Position	Qualification & Experience
Campus Head / Manager – Female	Master’s / Bachelor’s in Business Administration / Public Administration / HRM with a minimum of 7–8 years of experience in managing Technical Institute
Job Placement Officer	Master’s / Bachelor’s in Business Administration / Public Administration / HRM with a minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a similar role
Service Lab Manager (Industrial Linkages)	Master’s / Bachelor’s or BS in IT or CS with a minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Finance Officer	Master’s / Bachelor’s in Finance with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Information Technology Administrator	Bachelor’s in IT/CS with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Field Mobilizer	Bachelor’s in Social Sciences with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
