Manager MIS - Islamabad

Education: 

MS/MCS/BS/BCS/BS Software Engineering from HEC recognized University.

Relevant Experience:

 5-7 years of relevant experience of design and implementing data collection, reporting, analysis tools in ASP.net or Relevant.

Job Description:

This position holder will provide support to Sr, Manager

• To develop and implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security.
• To develop and implement standardized MIS procedures across all applications.
• To provide support in the implementation of data management system at the district and facility level.
• To perform periodic maintenance and servicing of MIS system to improve operational efficiency.
• To conduct training of staff on MIS tools, applications, policies and procedures for smooth rollout of MIS in all the 34 districts.
• To coordinate with MIS team to ensure that technology, infrastructure and operational requirements are met.
• To conduct reporting requirements analysis; system risk analysis and software reliability analysis of programs.
• To ensure that the application and reports designed on time and fulfil the reporting requirements.
• To ensure qualitative aspects of program data management from district to federal level.
• To setup and maintain documentation and standards and generate reports as requested by the supervisor.
• To configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
• In data modeling to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations
• To analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
• To refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
• To deploy MIS/ DHIS2 systems in all the TIH intervention districts.
• Travel frequently to district and provincial based offices for data collection, supervision and trainings to concerned staff.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
