We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team at the MarCom Head Office. If you have a strong eye for visual storytelling, smooth pacing, and clean post-production, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into engaging, high-quality content across multi-platform media and marketing campaigns.

• Handle color grading, audio cleaning, sound design, and dynamic text/motion overlays.

• Organize raw footage, project files, and maintain clean asset archives.

• Collaborate with the creative team to execute visually compelling campaign concepts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor (a strong portfolio or showreel is required).

• Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).

• Strong grasp of video pacing, sound mixing, and graphic integration.

• Proximity to the office (Bhara Kahu, Bani Gala, or nearby surrounding areas preferred).

Bonus Points

• Camera Handling: Hands-on experience operating cameras, setting up basic lighting, and recording field audio is a major plus.
