Job Summary

Marie Adelaide Leprosy Centre (MALC) is seeking a qualified and experienced Optometrist to provide high-quality eye care services through its healthcare centre and community outreach activities. The selected candidate will play a key role in delivering comprehensive eye care, patient education, and clinical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments
• Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions
• Provide refraction services
• Provide pre- and post-operative care for eye patients
• Provide eye health awareness
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Work collaboration with eye care personnel and other healthcare staff at MALC main hospital and sub-centres in Karachi
• Bachelor in vision Science (BVS) (HEC Verified)
• 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Requirements:

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
