Marie Adelaide Leprosy Centre (MALC), a leading not-for-profit healthcare organization, invites applications from qualified and dedicated professionals for the position of Optometrist at our Quetta Centre.

Position: Optometrist

Location: Quetta

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
• Perform refraction and prescribe appropriate corrective lenses.
• Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within the scope of practice.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative eye care services.
• Promote eye health through patient education and community awareness activities.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with ophthalmologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's in Vision Science (BVS) from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient counselling skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
