Manager—Operations & Coordination. RADS needs someone who can coordinate assignments, field teams, consultants, vendors, budgets, timelines and internal resources while protecting profitability.

• 3-5 years experience, Business or corporate background, team management.
• Dynamic, organized, 30’s – 40’s

• Strong planning and prioritization across concurrent assignments
• Commercial judgement: understands cost, margin, utilization and opportunity loss
• High ownership and urgency; does not require repeated follow-up
• Ability to anticipate bottlenecks and escalate early with solutions

• Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills
• Systems mindset: creates SOPs, dashboards, trackers and automated workflows
• Firm coordination across technical, finance, HR and field teams

1. 3.      Documentation & Reporting (Automation)

• Excellent documentation and task-closure discipline
• Comfort with digital tools, data and AI-enabled productivity systems
