- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in graphic design, photography, and videography, particularly in non-profit or health sectors.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Effective in conveying design ideas and collaborating with non-designers to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- A team player who can work effectively with diverse teams, including program staff, communication teams, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting tight deadlines.
