1. INTRODUCTION
The Chess Federation of Pakistan (CFP) invites sealed quotations from reputed suppliers, vendors, and service providers for the provision of goods and services for the 34th National Men's & 10th National Women's Chess Championship 2026, to be held from 8th to 13th July 2026 at the Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.

4. TERMS & CONDITIONS

Delivery / Execution Timeline: All goods/services must be delivered/ready by 7th July 2026 (one day prior to the event).

Bid Validity: Quotations must remain valid for 15 days from the date of submission.

|
The supplier shall be responsible for installation / setup of branding items at the venue.
|
|
8
|
CFP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
