Job Description:

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable to ensure payments and collections are recorded accurately and on time.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify and reconcile bank statements with company accounts and transactions.
• Process payroll accurately, ensuring timely payment to employees while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
• Handle tip processing and allocation in accordance with company policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor and record inventory levels and cost of goods sold (COGs) to assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management review, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and timely submission of tax filings and reports to relevant authorities.
• Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improved financial performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and best practices to ensure organizational compliance and accuracy.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations for financial activities as requested by auditors.
• Collaborate with other departments to collect financial information and support operational budgets and financial planning.
• Maintain organized and thorough financial records and documentation to support transparency and traceability of financial operations.
