Role Overview
As an eCommerce Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and continuously improving end-to-end e-commerce experiences across our platform. Your work will directly impact user engagement, conversion rates, customer retention, and revenue growth.
You will conduct end-user research, translate insights into intuitive user journeys, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver data-driven design solutions for our marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
● Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) to identify user needs and pain points
● Use AI-powered tools to accelerate research, ideation, and design workflows
● Design and optimize e-commerce user journeys, including product discovery, product detail pages, checkout flows, and post-purchase
experiences
● Work with marketing and growth teams to align paid campaigns, landing pages, and marketplace experiences
● Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
● Continuously iterate on designs based on data, user feedback, and business goals

Qualifications
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Computer Science (with a focus on UI/UX), or a related field
● Strong proficiency in modern product design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
● Experience using AI tools and technologies within the design process
● Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to derive insights from tools such as Google Analytics and paid social media campaigns
● A portfolio demonstrating relevant work in e-commerce or marketplace design

Experience
● Proven experience planning and conducting user research in e-commerce or marketplace environments
● Strong understanding of the complete user-centered design (UCD) lifecycle
● Experience designing e-commerce experiences and integrating designs into live marketplaces
● Expertise in optimizing marketplace and checkout flows
● Experience working closely with technical teams to improve performance, usability, and scalability of e-commerce platforms
