Preference will be given to Locals of Concerned District/Area.
Masters in Psychology or BS degree in Psychology from HEC recognized Institute / University.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in development/ rehabilitation project in a post conflict situation with at least 2 years Psychosocial Support Officer position.
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Report writing
Strong understanding of protection issues including child protection and gender-based violence
Ability to discuss sensitive issues with respect and empathy including ability to provide basic Psychological First Aid services
Knowledge of global MHPSS guidelines
Fluency in spoken and written in Urdu & English. Pashto speaking will be preferred
